Kudos to St. Peter’s Men’s Club

Fish Fry for the Park
THE MEN’S CLUB at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington dedicate their first fish fry of the year to a charitable cause, and this year chose Possibility Playground, a facility to be constructed in September in Port’s Upper Lake Park that will be accessible to children of all abilities. A check for $1,513, which were the proceeds from the fish fry, was presented by Club President Mike Keller to (from left) Possibility Playground fund-raising chairman Stacy Peters and co-coordinator Mardy McGarry.

Kudos to Saukville
Girl Scout Troop 176
|

The Girls Scouts raised $300 and purchased 10 Pickets for the playground’s fence. The first picket will be engraved with GS Troop 176 and the other nine pickets, which will be placed on the fence in order, have the first name of each girl in the troop. What a neat idea!

Buy a House, Get a Picket

Smart way to support the park. Port Washington realtors Barb Kobishop and Jim Olson will buy a picket with any home sold, to be engraved with the homeowners names. Visit barbandjim.com
